Sandra Mobley

Sandra began her insurance career as an assistant in the Audit Department with Traveler’s Insurance Company in Jackson, MS prior to the passage of Medicare….Far from satisfied, she worked her way through the channels of the company into the Group Health Dept. in 1968, into Service in the mid-1970s and finally, into sales in the 1980s, quickly becoming one of the rising stars for the Traveler’s Deep South Region.

By the early-1990s, with corporate down-sizing in full swing, Travelers closed the Jackson, MS office and consolidated it into New Orleans. She responded by opening her own Agency and has never looked back. She continued to be a part of the National Assn of Health Underwriters and added Agent credentials like being a part of the BCBSMS Agent’s Advisory Council as well as memberships with NFIB, the Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership and the MS Manufacturing Assn.

Having established a successful agency over a 20 year span, including adding her son Dennis in 2004—who eventually became a business partner, she figured to let the last chapter of her career be a smooth one. However, when the PPACA law was passed in 2010, she saw the value in adding more services to her clients, including increased compliance services, additional plan design features, and increased overall sophistication. She found this in becoming a part of Eben Concepts in 2014. Operating as an Eben hub, she can now serve her clients in a way that no one else in the state of MS can. She feels this will be a wonderful way for the final chapter of her career to unfold and looks forward to the future as a managing member and part-time grandmother.
