Phebe Starkey
Phebe was born and raised in Greenville, Tennessee and graduated from Greeneville High School. She attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville to study Business where she majored in Marketing and International Business. During her time at UT she got very involved in the sales program as well as philanthropic efforts within her sorority.
Before joining the EbenConcepts team, Phebe was a wedding planner and enjoyed it because she could work directly with clients and help them celebrate their big day. She loved her time working in the wedding industry, but decided it was time for a new venture- She is excited to work for a company like EbenConcepts because she gets to work directly with clients and build lasting relationships.
Outside of the office, Phebe enjoys spending time with her husband, Bradley, and her friends and family.
